Use this page to pay where the amount to pay has been e-mailed to you or given to you over the phone. If, for example, you need to pay for a special booking and have been advised of the amount to pay just input the correct dollar amount into the quantity box beside the “<< Enter number” button. You will see the amount, before you pay, displayed on the cart page. If this is wrong just delete it from the cart (a red “X“) and try again.
